Well it's pretty, and when it works the sound quality is great.

No
I have had three of these in the space of seven months. Although when they first arrived I loved each of them, a fault in the hardware soon developed in each of them, rendering the players unusable, hence the replacements. Creative had excellent customer service, however, and after a series of replacements and the same reaccurring problem, they have now sent me a sleek, which definitely makes up for all the hassle.
