The Bottom Line:
Stay away from Razer. Their products break down in no time.
The mouse looks nice, it moves fine, the button placement is okay, though I really could only use one of the right side buttons for gameplay because of placement... the action was okay. However, I am writing this review to warn others about the Copperhead which is a very pricey gaming mouse... one of the primary mouse buttons failed on me after just a little over a month or two of game play.
The breakdown took sometime and there were many gaming issues between the time that mouse button started to fail until the time it failed completely.
I died many times because of this mouse.
They seemed to have put a lot of time and effort into the actual mechanics of the thing, accuracy wise, which I didn't need much for my gaming... but the actual durability of the buttons suffered for this.
In the game I played, I would hold down this button for extended periods of time. I could see how this might not be ordinary. So, perhaps this type of action simply was not tested for the mouse. But, that is still pretty pitiful.
I basically had to eat the costs. I didn't keep papers for it because I never had a mouse breakdown before. Their tech support didn't get back to me by the next working day. And, I was very polite in my report.
