new printer
Just bought this printer 10-27 Staples. My Cannon mp780 died after 1-1/2 year use, it was fine till it died. Left holding the bag on ink. About 20 cartridges. Back to this one. Get something else
I've owned this printer since Sept 07 and the first one failed at 6 months. Getting a replacement went pretty easy but required a credit card for cross shipment which is the industry standard on just about anything. Should have went with Brother
I have owned the Epson CX9400fax all-in-one for 3 months now and use it in a small business operation. I have had this printer/copier/fax machine for about 3 months...and have been able to use it for only a few weeks. Cheap, expensive ink, misfeeds

Dreadful printer
I purchased this and found that it just does not perform well at all as a printer. I wanted it for its networking capabilities. Despite having networking capabilities on the CD they don't work.
