Harmony 688 Remote
Pros
Internet programming. Can actually operate ALL components and features, unlike other 'universal' remotes.
Cons
Buttons are easier on other remotes I have used.

I have this remote for my bedroom, and the Harmony 659 remote for downstairs. They are both similar in function and the fact that they can simply plug into your computer for updates and programming is FANTASTIC.
The only difference that I can remark on is the difficulty I have with the buttons on the 688. I find it harder to navigate in the dark, compared to the Harmony 659 that I use for my main system.
The only reason I got the 688 versus getting 2-659s it to differentiate my upstairs and downstairs remotes. If you have the option between the two, go for the 659. It's an easier tool to make function.
