Hauppauge! 1081 WinTV-PVR 500 MCE is not just for MCE
Pros
Record two TV shows at once, Two additional A/V headers.
Cons
Does not come with a MCE Remote. 3rd party TV software in XP Home/Pro.

I bought the Hauppauge! 1081 WinTV-PVR 500 MCE White box to run with XP Pro. Digitally Unique gave me a good deal on this card. While it is designed to work with XP MCE 2005, it does work well in XP Pro. You do need to buy a 3rd party TV Software (I am using BeyondTV)for it to run in Pro. I bought the Hauppauge! 1081 WinTV-PVR 500 MCE because it will give me the ability to upgrade to a MCE system in the future.
This PVR card features:
Dual TV tuners (allows you to Record two TV shows or watch one show and record another at once. Two on-board A/V headers, to connect to two more A/V sources (additional A/V slots can be bought from Hauppauge at a minimum). I understood that the "white box" did not come with an additional A/V source connector, but my box did.
