Pros Easy to store files, backup files.
Cons Hard to recover and transfer.
Recommended it? No

Easy to Back-Up, but very hard to use if you need to recover.  The unit does not 'update' previously saved files but completely backs up every time you wish that function.  So you end up with multiple backups and you must be very careful when you erase old backups as it is easy to erase the files...
