Got mine second hand for $55NZD. What a bargain! These speakers pump out more bass than ANY other speaker system of the same size that I'v heard in my life. With 64 Watts peak power they will easily fill a small office with rich, accurate sound. Even at 3/4 volume there is no noticeable distortion. The bass is so good, I keep the setting on the back of the sub on lowest all of the time. Even on lowest, the bass is a touch boomy at times especially if your standing a few feet back from the computer. These speakers feature FDD2 technology which eliminates hotspots created by conventional dual driver satellite designs. The result: insanely clear sound. Midrange is also very good. However, I did find that the sats are a bit light, making them very easy to unposition, which is annoying if your like me and like to have your speakers positioned perfectly! Lastly, I will comment on the looks: These speakers look incredible! Best looking that I've seen, they also don't take up too much space on your desk. Overall these are great speakers! I'm an audiophile, and I'm happy!!!
