Officials Contracts for Windows
Officials Contracts writes contracts with athletic officials for contests at your institution. The basic contract form is build into the program. This form may be customized to reflect either an intercollegiate or interscholastic situation as well as your state and the governing body of your institution. The program maximum per file is up to 300 contracts. If you need more room, simply make a new file and you have room for up to 300 more. Select the contracted official from a menu of officials. When an official is selected from this menu, all personal data of that official (such as name address, telephone, etc) is included automatically. Associate officials may also be listed on the contract form if desired. Print choices for your contracts include (1) a blank form, (2) the total contract for with your data inserted, or (3) just your data which is placed on the blanks of a program- generated, pre-printed form. All pertinent information is included on the contract form. This program is used by hundreds of schools to contract officials.
