Linen is one of our favorite fabrics, but it can be tricky. At times it’s so light it just wrinkes like mad. Other times, it can be stiff and starchy. Our 53% linen/47% cotton blend gives you the breathability and coolness of lightweight linen along with a supple substance that’s recognizably cotton. Linen’s been around since before the time of the pharoahs, and while we won’t claim that much longevity for this shirt, the fabric is woven both for comfort all summer and for many summers of wear. These Swim Shorts keep the features that made last year’s such a hit: the comfortably shaped, three-piece mesh liner (most others are two-piece, with a seam where you don’t want one) and pockets that let water drain. And now we add crisp, 100% polyester seersucker fabric with crinkles that help prevent cling and promote drying, a front sunglasses loop and one back pocket with rip-grip seal. Tradi­tion­al Fit. But there's more to like than the wider range of colors: garment washing and sanding add a level of softness that'll be all the incentive you need to wear these jeans as often as possible. 100% cotton. These are our most versatile Chinos. The crisp fabric looks good enough to wear with a blazer, but because it's sueded for extra softness these pants are also right at home with a casual polo. We're not nonchalant about the tailoring, however: the waistband has a distinctive striped inset, and there's the integrated French fly familiar to men who wear our dress pants. With flapped back pockets. And these pants have our Comfort Waist, which stretches up to 3" on demand. Unlike most "hidden elastic" pants available — where the elastic is hidden as long as it isn't needed, then shows clearly — our design looks like a regular waistband, even fully extended. 100% cotton. The woven-in crinkles of seersucker keep cooling air moving around you better than any other natural-fiber fabric. Only a small portion of the fabric contacts the body at any one time, and as it shifts, the air moves, drawing away body heat. Some striped belts are so bright they shout. This one’s different. Its more subdued, yet still brings you plenty of tasteful color for a welcome change of pace. Cotton webbing strap is 1 1/8″ wide, has full-grain leather trim, metal roller buckle. Imported.
