The Best of the Best
Pros
One of the fastest cards there is (as of 1/08)
Cons
Very large, very hot, very power hungry. Also very expensive.

The Bottom Line:
World-beating performance, but there are much better bang-for-the-buck deals available now.
I purchased this card the day after launch in 2006, and only recently sold it. Even now, it is one of the top performing gaming cards, and can run just about anything out there at ridiculous resolutions and quality settings. The main drawbacks to this card are it's size, power consumption, and heat. It will be a tight fit in most standard ATX cases if it fits at all, and it will more than likely double your system's power consumption at load. Make sure you have adequate cooling.
The price is another concern. You can buy an Xbox and some nice accessories for the cost of this card alone, and you still need a PC and peripherals to go with the card if you're going to play anything on it. Still, if you want to play certain games the way they are truly meant to be experienced, this card is an excellent choice. I was able to play Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion at previously unheard of quality settings with this card, and it looked and played amazingly.
Accessories included with the card include a High Defintion component output cable (for connection to a High Definition TV or LCD TV display), a pair of VGA to DVI adapters, and two games (in my case, Dark Messiah and Hitman, but these titles have likely been replaced with newer ones since the card launched)
