Beware Apple TV!

Despite hours of time with customer service, this product never worked, it could not synch with iTunes in my computer. I tried everything short of reconfiguring my router (which is beyond my technical abilities).
When I asked for a refund, Apple refused! I had waited past 30 days, Apple said. True, I said, because I was trying to make it work first before asking for a refund.
I've seen Apple TV work fine in friends' houses, but if you do decide to risk it, make sure it works within your store's return policy, or you will be $250 poorer.
Apple's arrogance is really unbelievable sometimes.
