Apple TV Digital Media Streamer (MA711LL/A)

I totally didn't understand what this thing was all about when I first read about it but I reluctantly agreed (per my husbands suggestion) to get one and I'm so glad I did.  We don't have cable but the kids can watch all kinds of cable kid show podcasts for something new and fresh when they're bored with everything we have.  I can also listen to my itunes library while I'm doing things around the house while there's a screen saver with family pictures going on the tv.  Finally, possibly my favorite part, is we can rent any movie in the itunes library and watch it on our tv.  MUCH better than crowding around a little laptop screen to watch a movie together.  We don't watch movies often enough to justify netflix so this is the perfect option for us, no commitment and we can pick from a decent selection of new and old movies.
