Pros data security promise, it's a Titanium drive
Cons Restrictive software, "hidden" subscription, max capacity is 4 GByte

It sounds all great and the package sure speaks to anybody who every lost a flash drive with important data, be it physically lost or simply by destruction. So having an automated backup service built in appears to be the right solution.
