Pros Affordable, low-profile capable, no problems for me
Cons Not a performance part, no LED hookups for standard ATX cases

Pros zero advantages over a $20 PCI adapter.
Cons Buggy, buggy, buggy. Avoid.

The day I installed the highpoint rocketraid 2310, my windoz xp machine started crashing frequently and numerous programs behaved strangely. Firefox crashes when downloading files and can not be killed except with a reboot. Real Player saturates 1 CPU and does nothing but can be killed. Sleep mode... Read full review »

I always prefered 3Ware to LSI Logic, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do now that LSI has purchased 3Ware.  They may have had similar performance, but the 3Ware web interface, command line and BIOS interface are much better and this makes a huge difference when there is a disk failure. ...
