I have use this subject in my barebone from Shuttle. Little case, so cool (I mean not hot) CPU is needed for operation quietly. I satisfied with Athlon 64 completely, it is strong enough and my funs remains surprisingly quiet. And it is work faster than even more expensive models from Pentium 4...
