Pros AMD literature says it will work real fast
Cons No hardware compatibility.
Recommended it? No

This is a great processor, definitely powerful enough for almost all users. This is more than enough for even hardcore gamers, and is a much faster processor than even the 8-core AMD CPU's. I am using this processor in my current PC, and it has performed admirably. I can overclock to 4.4 Ghz,... Read full review »

Intel's i5 2500k is Currently The Gamer's Choice

I'm a hardcore PC gamer. There, I admitted it. When I was upgrading my gaming rig a few months ago I did some extensive research on what was currently the best CPU for the price. That CPU was the i5 2500k.
