Cons large amount of information can be overwhelming - should be read a chapter at a time

This is another fine title in the "Dummies" series ... famous for taking the complicated and putting it into simplistic language. With this title they've taken nutrition and made it so that anyone can understand the principles and easily integrate them into their daily diet.
