As we would look through the software aisles at various stores. I kept seeing Oregon Trail versions 2, 3 and 4. Pros Beautiful graphics, great sound, War of the Ring mode great addition, AI is much smarter.
Cons Single player campaign mode very bland.
Recommended it? Yes

For the fans of Middle-earth (I am one of them) here comes another game for us to enjoy. With the first installment covering all three movies what could this game be about? Pros THE RTS game for Lord of the Rings fans.
Cons Medieval Total War is better if you want to pull off complex battle strategy.
Recommended it? Yes

I am a big fan of the Lord of the Rings books and movies. While the movies leave out a lot that is in the books (they had to unless they wanted to make it a TV series instead of three movies), they capture the magic and themes well.
