Pros
Plays Blu-ray movie disks and it comes with PowerDVD8 which allows you to play Blu-ray.
Cons
It does not write to disks, neither Blu-ray nor DVD nor CD.

I got this Blu-ray reader for about $40 after rebates and it includes software for playing Blu-ray movies. Hard to beat the price for hardware and software, though it does not burn disks.
