DON'T BUY SEAGATES made in China

Pros Very low price for a 250GB SATA 2 drive. Excellent read/write speed WHEN IT WORKS.
Cons Unreliable. I may never buy another component made in China. Read why in review body.
Recommended it? No

Having built and serviced PCs for 24 years, I've used hard drives with Hitachi, IBM, Maxtor, Samsung, Seagate and Western Digital labels on them.
