Pros Light and comfortable. You'll forget you have it on.
Cons Purchase of optional handset lifter is a must for remote answering.
Recommended it? Yes

As a purchasing agent, I am always on the phone and on hold checking and placing orders. I needed a headset. The Plantronics CS50 was honestly the only cordless headset in our office supply catalog. Pros fold up design, comfortable
Cons if it hits your cheek/jaw then it will be muffled

I'm one of those cell-phone talkers when I'm driving and its a seriously bad habit (not to mention illegal) so since going to a phone with bluetooth (the Sanyo Katana) I'm making more of an effort to break that habit. Pros Easy to use, good clarity, fits over the ear well, pairs easily, can switch ears.

Recommended it? Yes

I am most certainly not an early adopter when it comes to electronics. I don't like being on the cutting edge of technology. Mind you, I am not still stuck in the Stone Age, but I like to wait awhile before I shell out my hard-earned money on fancy new electronics.
