I have owned 3 discovery model Roombas for several years and am totally sold on the concept of having a robot vacuum. It keeps my home cleaner because I do not have to do it so it can get done more frequently.

Pros Fun to watch and cleans floors very well while it lasts.
Cons Cheap junk which fails quickly; the replacments fail just as quickly.
Recommended it? No

Unfortunately, these things are junk. I bought one from Costco; it lasted a month. Took it back and exchanged it for another one which lasted 90 days and died. Took that back; no exchange, they didn't have any more. Got a refund and bought one from their online store - that one was the best of all... Read full review »
