I've had this phone for about a year, and I can say it's the best phone I've ever had. Bought it used on Ebay in 2005. Sound is near perfect, like a land line. Never had any interferences, and the range was unbelievable.
Someone left the phone on my floor recently and it got stepped on and... Read full review »

Pros Full-featured, "GigaRange" - Had "in-stock" additional extensions
Cons Very fussy and not very user friendly...
Recommended it? No

In my never ending journey to save money, I got excited one day when my close buddy called and told me about Magic Jack. It sounded too good to be true so off I went to the web site. Very nicely done. From it, one would think this was the greatest invention since the light bulb. It almost could be... Read full review »

Pros $20 a year with free long distance, call waiting, forwarding, and voicemail.
Cons You cannot transfer your phone number, computer must be on, poor voice quality at times.
Recommended it? Yes

I've had the MagicJack for a little over a year now and I'm perfectly happy with it.  I originally paid $50 for it and I recently paid another $20 for another year of service.  That $20 includes Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voice mail, an unlisted phone number, conference calling, call...
